3. No Emergency or Crisis Service
This service is not designed to provide crisis or emergency support.
If you require immediate assistance, you should contact emergency services (000) or a relevant crisis support service such as Lifeline (13 11 14).
4. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled in advance.
Clients and supervisees are expected to provide adequate notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
